Custom Made Products (Radiator Covers & Cabinets)

Before Production Begins

  • Orders can be cancelled and refunded before production starts
  • Production only begins after we’ve confirmed all details with you over the phone
  • Cancellation at this stage incurs a £25 admin fee

After Production Begins

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
  • Production starts the same day your order details are confirmed by phone
  • In some cases, we may be able to amend the finish if that stage hasn’t begun

Non-Custom Made Products

Before Despatch

  • Cancellations accepted prior to your order confirmation email being sent

After Delivery

  • Returns accepted within 48 hours of receipt
  • Goods must remain in original packaging
  • Unpacked items are deemed non-resaleable and non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Our 36-Month Guarantee

What’s Covered:

  • Radiator Covers: 36 months guarantee
  • Radiator Cabinets: 36 months guarantee
  • Coverage against defects in craftsmanship and materials
  • Guarantee period begins from delivery date

Reporting Defects:

  • 7-day reporting window – Issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt
  • Photographic evidence required for all defect reports
  • Contact our office immediately if goods arrive damaged

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage during installation (by you or third parties)
  • Issues with unsuitable installation conditions (excessive humidity, high moisture, exterior use)
  • Minor imperfections not readily apparent at 4 feet under ordinary light (natural material characteristics)
  • Installation costs or room redecorating expenses

Replacement Policy

If goods are deemed defective, we will:

  • Offer replacement goods or suitable alternatives (at our discretion)
  • Not automatically issue refunds
  • Not cover costs for refitting replacement items or room decoration

Colour & Design Considerations

Important Notes:

  • We work from RAL Classic and NCS Colour Charts
  • Natural shading variations may occur in wood-based products
  • Monitor variations affect online colour viewing
  • We recommend requesting samples before ordering
  • No returns accepted for natural colour variations or monitor display differences
  • Final design choices are your responsibility

Order Cancellation by Us

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your order due to:

  • Production issues at our manufacturing plant
  • Circumstances beyond our control

If We Cancel:

  • You’ll be notified via email
  • Full refund of any money debited
  • No compensation payable for order cancellation

Return Process

  1. Contact us within required timeframes
  2. Provide photographic evidence (for defects)
  3. Keep original packaging (for non-custom returns)
  4. Arrange return shipping (at your expense for non-custom items)

Important Reminders

  • Check goods against your purchase order before installation
  • Confirm measurements and design match your requirements
  • Manufacturing tolerance: ±2mm on panels and frames
  • Component warp tolerance: 2mm per 300mm maximum
