Yes, our cabinets are straightforward and quick to install. Supplied fully assembled with pre-done skirting board cutouts and all fixings attached; only a basic DIY skill level and basic tools are required. Offer the cabinet to the wall, and mark drill holes for wall plugs. Fix the top and sides to the wall and push the front on. See our how-to video [HERE]

Your custom-made radiator cabinet is usually delivered within two to three weeks; set-size radiator cabinets will take ten working days. Please allow up to four weeks for orders with brass grilles or customers in more remote or distant locations. We’ll email to let you know when your order is complete, and the courier will contact you before delivery. Cabinets are delivered boxed and shrink-wrapped inside and out, so they can be left in a safe place if you aren’t available for delivery.

We offer free delivery on all radiator cabinets and covers to the vast majority of UK postcodes.

If you’re based in a remote location or outside of the UK, please get in touch with us before placing your order so we can discuss shipping options. Also, please note that radiator cabinets may be sent part-assembled to these locations.

In addition to the size and number of radiator cabinets or covers you need, the total cost of your order is likely to be higher if you require custom colours and finishes (particularly Gloss) and luxury grille options such as brass. The installation complexity of bespoke cabinets will also be reflected in the price.

Yes – we offer made-to-measure radiator cabinets so you can let us know the exact sizes you need, and select any colour or finish as required. Please refer to our measuring guides to ensure the dimensions you provide are accurate.

Absolutely – we have a lot of experience in this area. Please send a photo of the radiator and its surrounding space, and our experts will use the image to indicate where you need to measure from and to. We can find a solution for almost any scenario, including radiators close to window sills and dado rails, radiators close to door frames, or radiators in alcoves. Yes – we provide measurement and installation as part of our bespoke Home Design Service. However, if you are working to a budget or require one or two cabinets, we recommend contacting our team via WhatsApp. We’ll advise on design and positioning and check measurements for your peace of mind.

In most areas of the mainland UK, we’ll only charge a service fee if you decide not to proceed with an order after we’ve measured up. We always clearly indicate the costs before committing to a survey, so there are no hidden or unexpected charges.

Our covers are designed to be energy-efficient with unique features to aid heat flow. We provide upper and lower air gaps and internal space to help convection, letting your radiator breathe. For your peace of mind, we also offer additional vent slots at the top at no additional cost; please consider this option for colder rooms. Yes – our radiator cabinets are produced in our UK workshop, and a small number of our radiator cover components are manufactured in Europe.

We offer our customers the option to order their radiator cabinets unfinished or with a primed finish that can be painted over. However, we strongly recommend that you allow us to finish the cabinets with our tough and durable furniture lacquer, as this will result in the best possible outcome. Our range of finishes includes popular colours and brand-specific options such as Dulux, Farrow, Ball, and Little Greene. The options range from a flat matt/eggshell finish to a gloss, which provides a modern, sleek appearance.

We use furniture lacquers and have approximately 4000 colours to select from. We don’t post swatches, but if you can tell us the colour you want, we will send a high-definition photo of our closest match next to your colour of choice. We can also suggest colours that complement or even offer alternative options.

Our radiator cabinets are made with a catch system, which means the front of your cabinet will open up when required to provide full access to the radiator and valves.
